By using the Green Silicon Valley website and platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Use of the Platform
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in line with our mission of environmental STEM education. You will not misuse the site, attempt to access others' accounts without permission, or upload harmful or inappropriate content.
Volunteers and Teachers
Volunteers and teachers who sign up agree to provide accurate information and to follow program guidelines (e.g., presentation standards, scheduling, and feedback). We reserve the right to suspend or remove access if these terms are violated.
Donations
Donations are generally non-refundable. Tax receipts are provided where applicable. Our donation processing is subject to our payment provider's terms as well.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
